Experienced Construction Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of 3 or more
• Planning, scheduling, and delegating tasks on a job to job basis
• Establish communication with office personnel to enable proper delivery of job materials
• Documenting daily progress via an online portal
• Completing jobs within the allotted time frame
• Verify jobs are completed with meticulous precision
• Ability to be hands-on when required
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required
• Possess the ability to independently solve a problem that ensures the project stays on the allotted timeline

Requirements:

• Experience in residential remodeling and maintenance - at least 5 years
• Good communication skills
• Valid Driver's license & reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools
• Ability to train new crew members
