This position supports Chess4Life customers, students, and staff by ensuring exceptional customer experiences, precise organization and administration, and a great attitude. This position entails routine daily administrative tasks including front-desk management, support and coordination of broader projects, and seasonally varied tasks in a friendly workplace serving primarily elementary-age children and parents.

Respond to email, answer phones, record registrations, enter data, file, collect payments

Compensation / Schedule:

Position Type: Hourly Non-Exempt - Eligible for Medical Benefits

Hourly wage: $16 to $18 / hour, Based on Experience

This position is 32 to 36 hours per week

Fall to Spring

Monday: 2 PM to 8 PM

Tuesday: 2 PM to 8 PM

Wednesday: 2 PM to 8 PM

Thursday: CLOSED

Friday: 2 PM to 10:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
