You will potentially be in contact with hundreds to thousands of people coming in from around the world while also tipping luggage to make it more accessible to the crew, passengers, and airline agents. This position is located inside of the facility and very limited exposure to outdoor or ramp level conditions is expected. The Details:

You need to be able to lift up to 70 pounds frequently and quickly, in the form of luggage and oversized, irregular items being offloaded onto a carousel. However, there is more, because you also need a big personality - able to smile and speak respectfully and courteously to passengers and airline agents while doing a physically demanding job. You must also be fluent or advanced in conversational English, but if you are also bilingual in another major world language, you will also receive quick consideration. The ability to follow directions and guidelines so as to ensure the safe and timely arrival of baggage is required. 

You must have or be eligible to obtain federally valid evidence of authorization to work in the United States in order to acquire the Port of Seattle badge and Customs seal required to work in this secured area.
