A health practice in Binghamton is searching for an HR  Coordinator to manage day to day human resource activities in a fast-paced environment. 

1.) In this position you will administer health and wellness plans, act as Company liaison with practice managers and be responsible for maintaining all employee files.   

2.) You will process payroll, coordinate and conduct new employee searches and orientation, respond to benefit

questions from employees, and carry out HR compliance obligations in cooperation with HR leadership.

3.) The successful candidate will have 3+ years of HR generalist experience and/or an advanced degree in the field, as well as a sense of urgency and ownership of the job responsibilities. 

4.) Pay and benefits commensurate with experience.
